Meet Amy Clark, Owner & Principal Broker

Beginning a career in Real Estate in 2001 working with land and home development, Amy went on to become licensed in 2006, despite the market recession. Amy not only succeed but broke production records at Prudential Real Estate Professionals (now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services) as well as achieved Rookie of the Year for 2007. Learning to build her business through the recession in 2007 to 2011 helped Amy establish an outstanding foundation. Amy has been a consistent leader in both production and customer satisfaction, her clients are second only to her family. Amy enjoys knowing she’s done her best to deliver an outstanding experience in which every client feels taken care of and that she has worked diligently on their behalf. Amy’s success as an individual Realtor led her to become the Principal Broker at Keller Williams Capital City in Salem. In this role, Amy trained, coached, and mentored over 100 agents on topics such as technology, Oregon Real Estate Agency Rules, Regulations, Forms, Best Practices, Business Ethics and much more. As the principal broker Amy was ultimately responsible for legal compliance and client protection of each transaction under her purview. In 2016, the possibility of managing a brokerage became a reality. It was such a rewarding and challenging role that in 2017, she opened BrightHome Real Estate Group. It's our mission at BrightHome Real Estate Group to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients and brokers. Our unique approach combines the best parts of a real estate team but also supports our brokers’ business growth and goals. Amy’s professional experience prior to Real Estate is in sales, marketing, legal and hospitality management. She’s been married for nearly 27 years to Rick Clark, who has supported her passion for business and community involvement. Amy is very proud of her three fantastic grown children. Her oldest daughter is an accomplished mental health professional currently serving as the Director of Good Samaritan Health Clinic in Ohio, her second is an Eagle Scout who works to help youth currently detained in an Oregon State rehabilitation program and the third, is a U.S. Marine! Amy thoroughly enjoys living & exploring the Pacific Northwest after living in several areas across our great country.
